It is also a big thing that Marteu has a lot of threshold, meaning he can be very punitive against the player if he gets any threat gains.Īnd last, but not least - missions increase in enemy count and types, which leads to annoying situations where you get into a mission with pretty much 90% enemies being takedown-resistant. I mean heist preparation should be treated as max threat mission (for the purpose of the reduction as well) and Heists itself should work like conduit attack - reset them to the last threshold. I think the biggest sin is that Critical missions against Scions (Heists, heist preparation etc) do not lower the threat much.
